| Role Description | CHEF DE PARTIE - CHESTER - 2 MICHELIN STAR CHEF - CHEF DE PARTIE Chef de Partie required for this contemporary hotel in the heart of Chester. The kitchen is headed by a 2 Michelin Star Chef who produces some of the finest cuisine throughout the whole of the UK. They are looking for a Chef de Partie with a minimum of 2AA Rosette background and someone who is looking to join a brigade where the highest level of cuisine is served. You will be a passionate and talented Chef de Partie and you will be hard working and have the drive and determination to help ensure consistency is maintained within the kitchen. The Cuisine is Modern British in style and their fine dining restaurant serves up to 60 covers per service. All produce is sourced locally using only the finest and freshest ingredients. The menu is also seasonal therefore you will increase your knowledge due to working on a regular changing menu. All food is made from scratch using the best techniques and combinations. They have a full A La Carte Menu plus Gastronomic Taster Menu. |
| Required Experience | Salary will be paid according to experience, and there are excellent career progression opportunities. Ideally you will be at Chef de Partie level already with good experience in a high quality kitchen. You will be responsible for running your own section of the kitchen and further training will be given to ensure you are able to work all sections. As well as cooking for the fine dining restaurant, you will also be cooking for private dinners. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Chef de Partie to join an establishment which is headed by one of the most renowned chefs in the country. |
