The Head Chef has a full Michelin Star background and has been brought into the hotel with the goal of obtaining a Michelin Star. They are looking for a Junior Sous Chef with a minimum of 2AA Rosette background who is looking to work within a kitchen using modern techniques. The Restaurant offers a Seasonal A La Carte Menu plus gastronomic tasting menu. |
