Role Description RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR - CUMBRIA - 2AA ROSETTES Restaurant Supervisor required for this highly acclaimed luxury hotel situated within the South Lakes. The hotel has won a list of Awards and is still striving for more by offering the best service with a warm and friendly team. The Hotel has been contemporarily designed whilst keeping many of the original features making this a beautiful and unique hotel. They are looking for an enthusiastic Restaurant Supervisor to work within their gastronomic restaurant and require someone who has a natural way with people to ensure they receive the best service possible in a professional yet relaxed environment.
Required Experience The restaurant serves 25 covers per service and they offer a gastronomic taster menu along with a full a la carte. The hotel is also popular for exclusive weddings due to the beauty of the hotel and it\'s grounds. Within the restaurant they offer over 150 wines and therefore further wine training will be given on the beverage side along with full and ongoing training on the cuisine and service side also. As Restaurant Supervisor your role will be to meet and greet guests, take orders, serve customers, supervise junior members of the team whilst ensuring service is running smoothly and each guest is receiving the best service possible. As Restaurant Supervisor you will have experience of working within a high level establishment or will have a Degree in Hospitality Managment which you would like to utilise to it\'s full advantage. The role offers an enthusiastic Restaurant Supervisor the opportunity to work up to Restaurant Manager level whilst receiving the highest level of training and the opportunity to work in a friendly and relaxed environment.
