| Role Description | CHEF DE PARTIE - LAKE DISTRICT - CHEF DE PARTIE £16k Live in Chef de Partie required in Kendal, Lake District for this Multi Award Winning Country Inn with Fine Dining Restaurant. As Chef de Partie you will work for this establishment which has a pub area which seats around 40 Covers and the restaurant serves up to 30 and they also have private dining. All produce is sourced locally and only the finest ingredients used. The menu is Traditional British in Design with a modern twist for the bar and lounge and the fine dining menu offers a more intricate choice put together using modern techniques. The Inn is minimalist and contemporary in style whilst having traditional features such as open fire etc. |
| Required Experience | They are looking for a Chef de Partie with a background of working within establishments of a 2AA Rosette standard. You must have the ability to run a section of the kitchen and be experienced in working at a high level. The kitchen is a very good size and has all modern equipment and there are 9 chefs within the team. As Chef de Partie you will be trained to run any section of the kitchen therefore you must be looking for a role where you can progress further. |
