| Role Description |
As Head Chef you will be responsible for the day to day running of the kitchen operation within a busy restaurant.
Your main responsibility will be to successfully manage, motivate, train and develop a large brigade of chefs and ensure that excellent standards are maintained and improved on. Delivering an excellent level of food quality you will ensure that consistency and guest satisfaction levels are maintained and work closely with your brigade to share the vision of the company in order to move the restaurant forward. |
