Role Description Sous Chef required for this recently refurbished Gastro Pub in Cumbria. As Sous Chef you will work closely with the Chef proprietor to ensure high standards are set. EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY TO PLACE YOUR OWN EMPHASIS IN THE KITCHEN. JOB DESCRIPTION As Sous Chef you will help manage the kitchen in the production and service of the best quality menus using the freshest ingredients. Your role will involve deputising in the absence of the Head Chef so good management skills are needed.
