Role Description Head Chef, 25,000 - 27,000 . Head Chef required for this Gastro Pub in Cumbria. Working in a small kitchen brigade you must have knowledge of menu design and GP\'s. You will work closely with the Chef proprietor to ensure high standards are set. JOB DESCRIPTION As Head Chef you will take control of the kitchen, menus, stock control, costings, H&S and general kitchen duties. Passion, motivation and inspiration are essential to communicate the way forward and continue in the hotels success. Communication with the proprietor is essential, but you are given freedom to use passion, flair and ability. The successful candidate will have the ability to prepare foods to a high standard, hardworking, be able to cope under pressure and will have good communication skills.
Required Experience REQUIRED EXPERIENCE The successful candidate will have the ability to prepare foods to a high standard, hard working and will have good communication skills. Experience in a similar Chef position is essential. Catering qualifications are a must. A proven track record, strong development, career driven with fresh ideas will express drive, success and passion for the position.
