Role Description Superb Country Restaurant located in the heart of the Cheshire require a strong Sous Chef. As Sous Chef you will be in control of the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence plus train junior staff and menu design. Opportunity to place own emphasis on the business and grow within the group. JOB DESCRIPTION A Sous Chef (1 rosette standard) required to-work in this excellent independent Country Restaurant producing the finest dishes and menus, using the very best quality ingredients. As Sous Chef you will be working with a very talented and experienced Head Chef and to deputise and cover in his absence, you will work in various sections of the kitchen, producing food of the highest standard using various cooking styles and techniques. Motivation and inspiration are essential to communicate the way forward and continue in the restaurants success. Various shift patterns, 5 out of 7 days.
Required Experience REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Some catering qualifications or training within the industry are required and previous experience within a 1 rosette establishment is essential. A proven track record and strong development through your career will express drive, success and passion for the position
